The total heated and finished living area will be 1,040 square feet. The front porch measures 112 square feet, and the garage consists of 624 square feet. In addition, a 20-foot by 30-foot post-frame building with a 12-foot eave height will be constructed. The structure will include a 12-foot by 30-foot shed roof, a 4-inch concrete slab without reinforcement, and electrical service.

A 48-foot by 52-foot post-frame building with a 16-foot 1-inch eave height will be erected on the property located at 599 Powell Bridge Rd., Harmony, NC. The structure will include an 18-foot by 52-foot open shed roof with a 12-foot eave height.
